Lana del Rey, the American singer who popped onto the web late last summer to score a mega-hit with “Video Games”, is set to release her debut album next Monday January 30th, called “Born to Die”. Modelling herself on the 60s songstress Nancy Sinatra and changing her name from Elizabeth Grant to the undeniably more catchy Lana del Rey, she has since released a number of sultry ballads, set to seemingly homemade videoclips, on the internet. Here is one of my favourites: “Blue Jeans”.
